CANCELLATION POLICY

At Madam Frou Frou, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note, that failure to show for a salon appointment may incur a 50% cancellation fee. For Pamper Packages, a prepayment deposit of $50 per person will be required to secure the booking. In the event of a package cancellation we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable.

SPA CHECK IN

Please come in and relax before your treatment. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early so this doesn’t affect the treatment duration time.

Madam Frou Frou offers a range of payment options including Cash, Bank card, Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay and Zip

PRICING POLICIES

We take care to ensure all prices are accurate. All prices are subject to change. We ensure our work and we aim for everyone to feel special, through a customized consultation we will recommend products and services.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

In the unfortunate event you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will exchange this product with a new replacement.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

For health and safety reasons the minimum age for customers to attend spa treatments at madam Frou Frou is 16 years of age. Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended during a treatment in the spa/salon.

GIFTS VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers will expire after 12 months from date of purchase.

MEDICAL HISTORY

Please notify your therapist, hairdresser or reception, if you suffer from any allergies are taking any medications or have any other specific requirements prior to your treatment.
